That work is done not by might nor by power, but by the Spirit of God (Zech. 4:6). The role of spiritual Zerubbabel, the Olive Trees, is to remove sin from people. In order to give the role to the Olive Trees, God gives them ‘the golden oil’, which is the spring of the water of life, which is given to the Overcomer. (Zech. 13:1, Rev.21:6-7).
The capstone represents Jesus Christ. He identified himself as the capstone quoting the Scripture in Psalm (Ps. 118:22; Matt. 21:42). Zerubbabel brought the capstone, which means Jesus will be with him. Therefore, John the apostle recorded in the Revelations that Jesus will give the Overcomer a stone (Rev. 2:17). Therefore Zerubbabel was the symbol of two persons who would be chosen after Jesus and who would become his witnesses (Rev. 11:3-4).
