of this book. Worship God!” (Rev. 22:8-9). John, who just received and recorded the message, was considered his fellow by the angel. Then you can see how precious the one who will accomplish the message is.

The Lamb’s book of life was the book that God had in his right hand. Moses mentioned the book for the first time in the Bible. When the Israelites committed sin by making a golden cow, God did not want to forgive their sin. Then Mosses asked, “But now, please forgive their sin. But if not, then blot me out of the book you have written” (Ex. 32:32). The book was God’s book of remembrance.

In the New Testament era, all the martyrs who were beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus Christ have been recorded in the book (Rev. 20:4). Paul also mentioned the book, “Yes, and I ask you, loyal yokefellow, help these women who have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life” (Phil. 4:3). Jesus collected all those whose names were recorded in the Lamb’s look of life and gave them a white robe (Rev. 6:9-11). He told them to wait a little longer, until the number

of their fellow servants and brothers who were to be killed as they had been was completed (Rev. 6:11).

It’s been two thousand years since then. Jesus himself has been recording more names among Christians for two thousand years. But when the Overcomer appeared, Jesus gave all the authority to him.

Even the prophets in the Most Holy Place in God’s world did not know about the 144,000, so they asked Jesus, “Our Lord, when is the end of the world? And when can we revenge our blood?” (Rev. 6:10). It was a dialogue between Jesus and the souls of prophets whose names had already been recorded in the book. But you are hearing about the 144,000 even though you are still living in this world. It’s like a fairy tale, but it’s actually an amazing blessing for you to hear it.

Although the providence of God has been recorded in Revelations two thousand years ago, churches have been unable to understand it. They cannot even imagine why Revelations was written.
