God and Satan. Also, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was one of the deadliest punishments of God on earth.

In Revelations, those three places were also shown as the symbolic places where two witnesses will be killed for three and a half days after they fight against the beast from the Abyss. “Their bodies will lie in the street of the great city, which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt, and where also their Lord was crucified” (Rev. 11:8).

Therefore, humanity has always been in the war between God and Satan. God needs humanity in order to win the war against Satan and Satan also needs humanity to fight against God. They have been doing all they can, each in his own way, to get humanity on their side.

Because God and Satan fight through humanity, it tells us how important humanity is for them. God created humanity because he needed our help to fight against Satan. It is the main reason for God’s creation of humanity.

Revelations described the camp of God’s people and the city he loves (Rev. 20:9). There are many words and phrases mentioned in the Bible which aren’t fully explained. Some examples are ‘the camp’, ‘the castle’, and ‘the city.’ There are also ‘1,260 days’, ‘1,290 days’, and ‘1,335 days’ (Dan. 12:11-12). Many biblical scholars have tried to understand their meanings, but it is impossible for them to know it by their own thought.

If the enemy brings tanks for the war, can the other side fight with just riffles? No, that would be a one-sided game. The same principles apply in the spiritual war. If the enemy is very strong, the other side should have a strategy to overpower their force.

Revelations says, “All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast, all whose names have not been written in the book of life belonging to the Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world” (Rev. 13:8). How can those, who do
